What Tenda is

Tenda is a tender intelligence and document tracking platform for Zambian SMEs. We pull publicly available tender notices and give you an assessment of how well each opportunity fits your company — based on your profile and documents.

We do this to save you time. Instead of reading every tender yourself, Tenda flags the ones worth bidding on and shows you where your documents fall short.

Our assessments are advisory

When Tenda says BID, EXPLORE, or SKIP, that is our best guess based on the information available. It is not a guarantee. Tender rules change, procurement officers apply discretion, and we may miss details. We do not guarantee that any bid will succeed, or that our tender data is always accurate or complete. Always read the original tender documents before submitting a bid.

Pricing

The Pro plan is currently priced at K500/month or K5,000/year (PRICING PLACEHOLDER — confirm before launch). Payment is via Airtel Money.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice via email. If you are on a paid subscription, your price stays the same until your current billing period ends. The new price applies from your next renewal.

How payment verification works

Tenda does not process payments automatically. After you send money via Airtel Money, you give us your transaction reference number. One of our team members checks this manually and activates your Pro access.

We aim to verify within 1 working day. Please keep your transaction reference until you see your account updated. If you have waited more than 2 working days, email info@tendazm.com.

No automatic renewal for annual plans

Annual plans do not auto-renew. We will email you 14 days before your subscription expires to let you know. No charge happens unless you initiate a new payment yourself.

Refunds

Once a payment is confirmed, we do not offer refunds. If you believe there has been an error, contact us and we will investigate.

Our liability

If something goes wrong and you have a claim against us, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid to Tenda in the 12 months before the issue arose. We are not liable for lost business, missed tenders, or any indirect losses.

Ending your account

You can close your account at any time by emailing info@tendazm.com. We will delete your data within 30 days. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Tenda after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes will be resolved in Zambian courts.
